Norris joined the Alberta Workplace Solutions team in October 2012. He brings his experience and expertise from many years of brokering benefit plans to the forefront in communicating with his clients.

In the past, Norris has worked as a Legal Administrator for a Southern Alberta law firm, and in 1997 he entered the insurance industry focussing on the development of employee benefits and group retirement savings for an established life insurance agency.
Outside of work, Norris enjoys giving back by volunteering and supporting numerous charitable foundations and service clubs in Southern Alberta. Following his 30 years membership and past presidency in the Y’s Mens Club of Lethbridge, Norris most recently sat as a Campaign Cabinet Member of the Lethbridge College (The Possibilities Are Endless) Capital Campaign raising $27.8 million over five years for the new Trades and Technology Facility at the Lethbridge College.
